Prepaid Rate (Advance Purchase Rate)

A valid credit card is required by the Nova Platinum Hotel to process payment for this booking. The client accepts that the full amount due for this reservation will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

NO REFUND in the event of the reservation being cancelled or amended or if the client fails to check-in on the date booked.

Credit card details held by the Nova Platinum Hotel will only be debited should one or more of the following conditions occur or unless advised by the hotel at the time of booking.
